Built inside a real building, not a boardroom

StrataChannel began as an app for one strata building — built hands-on with its committee, shaped by the actual problems of running a building: leaks reported three days late, notices nobody read, lift bookings arranged by hallway conversation, and the same questions answered again and again.

Every feature exists because a committee needed it. That's still how we build: practical over flashy, privacy over data hoarding, and no feature bloat for the sake of a longer brochure.
